Taking on a personal trainer is by far the most efficient way to achieve your goals.

You will get the opportunity to work with Joe under close supervision to ensure that you are performing your lifts safely and effectively. You will learn how to train with the right intensity to optimise your results and have a lot of laughs along the way!

You can choose to have a weekly personal training session or you can choose to train multiple times per week, depending on current availabilities.

Included in the cost of your weekly personal training session, you will receive;

  • A training programme to follow for the other days of the week that you train
    (updated every 4-8 weeks)

  • Nutrition coaching and supplement advice to help optimise your results

  • Exclusive access to the Propa Fitness Academy app

  • Recipe guides, a goal setting workbook, on-going education and support

PERSONAL TRAINING PRICING

  • Initial consultation, $139 (this includes your initial programme set up & design + 45 min initial consultation to go through the plan together)

  • Weekly single PT session; $90 (including GST)

  • Discounts applied to session price when training multiple times per week

  • Minimum 8-week commitment for full service personal training plans
